Join us as we continue to #discoverbetter. What is the Role? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting Aerogen's growth in the Americas and Aerogen Pharma. Your focus will be on building strong talent pipelines, reducing agency reliance, and driving direct hiring strategies. You'll work closely with the Global TA Lead, People Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to create an exceptional candidate experience while attracting the best talent to Aerogen. What are the key responsibilities?

  • Proactively source and engage top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to identify their recruitment needs and source roles.
  • Partner with People & OD team to align sourcing strategies with Aerogen's growth needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles, ensuring a steady flow of candidates.
  • Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies, increasing direct hires and optimizing cost savings.
  • Implement best practices for diverse hiring, enhancing Aerogen's employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Aerogen's mission.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment innovations to continuously refine talent strategies.
What education and experience are required?
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field, ideally in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing specialized talent.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market mapping.
