Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Litigation Practice Assistant to join a reputable legal firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and support the litigation team with various responsibilities. This position in onsite and only local candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the litigation team, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks.
• Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and legal staff.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and promptly.
• Conduct research and gather information to support legal proceedings.
• Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing necessary materials and documents.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies in all activities.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.
• 4-5 years of prior experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a legal or litigation environment is preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $75,000.00 per year.
