About the Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Enterprise Strategy: Own and evolve the Implementation vision in alignment with corporate goals. Lead with foresight and precision to scale processes, streamline execution, and elevate member experience across all projects.
  • Champion Member Success: Be the executive face of our implementation organization—building lasting relationships, ensuring alignment with client goals, and delivering high-impact outcomes that drive adoption and long-term value.
  • Lead High-Performance Teams: Inspire and manage a department of seasoned leaders and emerging talent. Develop clear goals, build capability, and foster a high-accountability culture centered around excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a strategic liaison between Implementation and Product, Engineering, and other key functions to ensure seamless deployments and scalable solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of implementation planning, execution, resourcing, and budget. Ensure delivery standards meet the highest levels of quality and consistency.
  • Innovation & Insights: Bring market insight and strategic vision to the table. Identify new opportunities, anticipate member needs, and contribute to enterprise initiatives that position Meridian as a thought leader in the utility space.
  • Member Advocacy: Lead strategic conversations with senior clients, anticipate risks, and drive complex issues to resolution. Ensure every member implementation reflects our commitment to service, scalability, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in implementation, operations, or delivery leadership - 5+ years at a senior/executive level.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale teams, drive organizational change, and deliver results in complex, member-facing environments.
  • Deep understanding of project delivery models, enterprise software implementation lifecycles, and resource planning at scale.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability; comfortable navigating both vision and detail.
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance metrics experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed and represent Meridian at industry events.
