This product-focused role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-driven products that leverage AI and ML to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing data product lifecycles, defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance data utilization and business outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Product Managers, providing guidance on best practices in product management, AI/ML product development, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive the execution and roadmap for data products leveraging AI, ML, and analytics to drive business outcomes. Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and business teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, development, launch, and iteration. Utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions, optimize product offerings, and drive continuous improvement. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation. Communicate product goals, roadmaps, status updates, and strategic priorities to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data analytics, and incorporate new technologies into product strategies. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data product management, with a strong background in data, analytics, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and data engineering processes. Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development and delivery. Strong leadership communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding teams of product managers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and business partners. Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for leveraging AI, ML, and data to drive business transformation. The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $184,300.00-$247,100.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
