SMT Operator - 2nd Shift Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: #71209 Pay Range: $21-25 Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled SMT Operator who is familiar with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment and has a strong understanding of all facets of SMT production. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment, including setup, and operation of equipment, including minor troubleshooting Perform SMT production tasks, including component placement, soldering, and inspection Ensure high-quality production by following established procedures and guidelines Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an SMT Operator, with a focus on MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment Strong understanding of SMT production processes, including component placement, soldering, and inspection Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits provided: 401K Medical, dental, and vision Sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
