HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a passionate and can-do attitude Metal Machining/Build to Print Sales Manager for the strategic key account management team. Our team is one of the biggest and fastest growing groups in the >$1B revenue group company.

The team provides metal machining/build-to-print and advanced material solutions (ceramics, quartz, silicon, CVD SiC, etc.) to our semiconductor industry customers.

The Sales Managers lead the customer service team and the factories while realizing the strategic sales communications and alignments with the customer.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Sales – Primary responsibility is to generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts. Activities include program management, account development and establishing and maintaining key relationships for new and existing accounts. Meets assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Account Management – Maintains relationships with accounts in order to protect and grow existing business opportunities. This includes developing key account plans to align resources to support company growth objectives with major customers/opportunities.
• Forecasting – generates and maintains accurate forecasts for revenue and product / volume mix for assigned accounts.
• Products – Identifies the need for new products and services. Works with management on development of products in support of market requirements.
• Marketing – Gives input to the organization and the Marketing Communications group to support the goal of establishing and implementing promotional, advertising, and communication strategies. Supports trade shows as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• B.S. or equivalent, 3+ years’ experience in the field or related area
• Metal Machining/Build to Print sales or engineering experience is desirable
• Advanced material solution (Ceramics, Quartz, Silicon, CVD SiC, etc.) sales or engineering experience is plus and transferable
• Familiarity with Metal machining, Metal surface treatments and cleaning processes for sales communication (other advanced material experience can be transferable)
• Semiconductor experience (preferred, but not must)
• Project management and Problem-solving skills (not problem pointing-out but solving!)
• Communication skill
• Data analysis skill
• Goal/Mission-oriented and Self-driven personality
• Detail oriented
