Job Description Support a commercial healthcare customer with UiPath infrastructure and development requirements. Be a core customer-facing member of the UiPath implementation team supporting commercial healthcare customers. Provide hands-on support for UiPath platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting. Educate and enable technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices relevant to their automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints. Provide hands-on support to UiPath automation development, testing, and deployment into customer environments. Provide hands-on support to UiPath integration requirements such as API connections and SSO integrations. Provide full-time technical support to healthcare users. This position is hybrid with limited onsite requirements. Candidate will be expected to obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of contract. Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands-on technical experience supporting enterprise users. At least 2 of the following 3: 3+ years’ experience with object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support. 3+ years’ experience with on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, APIs, and Networking. 2+ years of experience with containerized deployments, including Kubernetes in production. Preferred Experience with UiPath platform infrastructure support and/or development. Managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio in an enterprise environment. Experience in healthcare IT environments and architectures. Experience working with healthcare organizations or other commercial sectors. The compensation range is $85,910 to $162,890, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
