General Manager – Upscale Brewery and Restaurant (Vernon Hills, IL)

Base Salary: Up to $85,000 (Full Company Paid Benefits & 401k)

• Oversee daily restaurant and brewery operations to ensure seamless functionality.

• Optimize profitability through effective financial oversight, including budget management and cost controls.
• Uphold high-quality standards across service, food, and beverage offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within upscale dining or brewery settings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and mentor staff.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Deep knowledge and passion for craft beer, alongside an appreciation of fine dining trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving.
