Join our dynamic, friendly, and fast-paced Proximity Marketing Team as our Proximity Team Coordinator . This isnt just another office jobits a high-energy, mission-driven role where youll help power one of the most essential engines of our business: community-based marketing that drives real growth.

What Youll Be Doing

As the go-to hub for all things operational in our Proximity Marketing Department, youll:

• Coordinate canvasser schedules, results, and timecards to keep things running smoothly across multiple territories.
• Spot trends, crunch the numbers, and provide key insights to the Proximity Manager to help sharpen team performance.
• Sync with our Inside Sales Center to make sure all leads and appointments are accurately captured.
• Stay ahead of local permit deadlines (no one likes paperwork drama!) and ensure our team is always in compliance.
• Support new team members with onboarding and setupbe the friendly face that helps them hit the ground running.
• Keep the logistics in check: supply inventory, territory maps, field team supportyou name it, youve got it handled.
• Serve as the communication bridge between departments to keep projects on track and people connected.

What You Bring to the Table

• A solid understanding of how canvassing and proximity marketing generate leads.
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, and CRM tools (bonus points for Salesforce or similar platforms).
• A knack for tracking details and staying one step aheadespecially with permits and compliance.
• A love for collaboration and communicationyoure a natural connector and listener.
• Problem-solving superpowers: you see issues coming and take action before they become roadblocks.
