Pay: From $50,000.00 per year (The position’s salary is a draw + commission, $4k a month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage and grow customer base with a large geographic territory
● Create amp;amp; execute specific strategic plans to profitably grow the business
● Attain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director
● Assist and guide customers in product selection and influence sales towards
● strategic brands
● Continuous follow-up on assigned quotes
● Quote to close ratio of 20% or greater
● Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner
● Participate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issue

● Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information and share
● through company database
● Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections
● Generate accurate and timely field reports
● Participate in industry and promotional events
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

● Good Communication amp;amp; writing skills
● Good organizational skills

● Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data
