Our educational approach encourages critical thinking and creativity, promoting both academic and personal growth in a supportive, community-oriented setting. Your role will involve delivering high-quality instruction in music, integrating technology and project-based learning to create memorable learning experiences. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement engaging music lessons that inspire and challenge students · Foster an environment of curiosity, enthusiasm, and respect for learning · Collaborate with other faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience · Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about students' progress · Create and maintain a well-organized, vibrant classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field from an accredited college or university · Prior teaching experience in music is highly preferred · Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
