Your Day-to-Day:

• Embrace safety protocols as you assist in a high-output setting.
• Work harmoniously with a team of skilled professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Quality Foods and safety standards.
• Engage in physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, bending, and operating machinery.
• Prepare and organize production areas effectively.
• Follow standard procedures to complete your tasks efficiently.
• Utilize manual and lifting equipment proficiently.
• Operate electronic barcode scanning equipment with precision.
• Master “lock out/tag out” protocols when necessary.
• Process paper cartons through various stages, like printing and sealing.
• Employ hand tools for machinery maintenance.
• Adjust machinery settings to optimize production.
• Properly dispose of scrap materials and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep working space clean by following appropriate procedures.
• Monitor and ensure quality in production steps.
• Foster clear communication with Operators, Quality Auditors, and Team Leaders.
• Complete all necessary operational paperwork accurately.
• Support machine uptime with timely communication on maintenance needs.
• Contribute to reporting downtimes to help the business stay informed.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Enthusiasm for a hands-on career in manufacturing.
