Starting pay is $31.13 per hour **Maintenance Mechanic** The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical such as conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. **Position Responsibilities:** + Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. + Machine most metals, plastics, and composites. + Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment. + Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and trouble shoot liquid fillers, and packaging equipment. + Identify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision. **Total Rewards:** + Pay starting at **$31.13 per hour.** The employee will move to a higher rate of **$31.91 per hour** in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. **Where Applicable:** + Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement **Requirements:** **Ideal Qualifications:** + 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment + Comfortable and able to read blueprints + Able to move, walk around, lift, and pull up to 50lbs as needed during the full 12hr shift + Capable of performing maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment + Work well on your own and with a team **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
