Southeast Lineman Training Center (SLTC) is hiring ELP Instructors for both full-time and part-time/seasonal roles. This is your chance to train and mentor the next generation of lineworkers in a hands-on, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver classroom and field instruction to prepare student for careers in the power deliver industry
  • Demonstrate and teach essential lineman skills, including climbing, rigging, and safety procedures
  • Provide mentorship and support as students develop technical and professional readiness
  • Maintain a safe, realistic, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Journeyman Lineman with a minimum of 5 years in the field
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NESC, LOTO, and industry standards
  • Able to climb wood and steel structures confidently
  • Excellent communicator with basic computer proficiency
  • Class A CDL
