GENERAL FUNCTION

The Licensed Target Store Manager leads a team of high-performing team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, meet brand goals, and uphold our mission to make eye care simple and enjoyable.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure team members deliver outstanding guest experiences by modeling and coaching store rules. Set clear expectations for store readiness and guest service excellence. Manage floor flow and be attentive to every guest and team member. Develop and monitor action plans for team development and accountability. Provide timely, motivating, and developmental feedback. Foster a culture of simplicity, fun, and style. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Understand key success drivers and identify areas for improvement. Build professional relationships with optical doctors and store hosts to enhance business performance. Recruit top talent and maintain a talent pipeline. Create effective schedules based on business trends and traffic. Manage payroll and personnel paperwork. Maintain store standards, including inventory and policies compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Opticianry License or ABO Certification as required by state law 3+ years in customer service or retail Experience in recruiting and developing talent Strong selling, motivating, and influencing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years management or supervisory experience Pay Range: $30.95 - $55.33 Compensation depends on various factors including location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and discounts. We also offer bonus and commission plans as part of our total rewards package.
