Work Schedule: Night Shift (12 hours)

Core Responsibilities:

• Efficiently identify and repair plant equipment issues using schematics and manuals.
• Handle electro-mechanical problems with minimal guidance.
• Track and request spare parts using formal nomenclature.
• Adhere to procedures for store room access and part handling.
• Possess foundational skills in operating machine shop gear.
• Work collaboratively, demonstrate leadership, and guide tasks.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and follow standard procedures.
• Uphold a tidy and secure work area.
• Complete additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Pass a mechanical/electrical pre-employment test.
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred completion of a vocational or trade school focus in electro-mechanics.
• Utilize precision tools like micrometers and calipers proficiently.
• Capable of facilitating meetings with effective communication.
