Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Pay: up $29- to $32

Job Type: 3-6 month contract, extension dependent on performance

Location: 100% Onsite - Los Angeles, CA 90012

** URGENT HIRING**

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to assist with a critical desktop refresh initiative and ongoing deskside support. The immediate project involves reimaging and deploying 22 new desktops within three weeks, followed by providing daily deskside support for approximately 220 users

Key Responsibilities:

• Reimage, configure, and deploy new desktops according to company standards.
• Provide deskside support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 10/11 machines.
• Perform PC hardware diagnostics and repairs as needed.
• Support users with Active Directory account issues, password resets, and access requests.
• Assist with basic networking tasks including printer setups, DNS troubleshooting, and connectivity checks.
• Respond to and resolve tickets in Zendesk (or a similar ticketing system) in a timely and professional manner.
• Support AV equipment setup for meetings and troubleshoot Zoom/Teams issues.
• Provide phone support as needed; training will be provided.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling onsite requests and live troubleshooting.
• Document issues, solutions, and work completed accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory user and computer management.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, ping, printers).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Experience with Zendesk or other IT ticketing systems.
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and discreet demeanor.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide live support when needed.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience upgrading machines to Windows 11.
• Exposure to JAMF and macOS support is a plus.
• Familiarity with AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes.
• ERP system exposure is a plus.
