We are seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to join our team. The FRM will serve as a subject-matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment issues related to our products. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of reimbursement models, Medicare benefit designs, billing competencies including CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and the ability to negotiate with healthcare providers. This is a remote position, ideally based near a major airport in the Northeast U.S., reporting to the Field Reimbursement Director. Key Responsibilities: Educate healthcare providers on coding, coverage, and payment to facilitate patient access. Analyze reimbursement issues and support the sales team and management. Coordinate with internal teams on patient cases and provider interactions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Payer/Policy, Leadership, and Medical Affairs. Review and analyze provider claim forms and remittance advice, guiding appeals as needed. Mentor Benefit Verification/Benefit Assurance teams and perform business reviews. Work with C-suite executives to promote product utilization benefits. Onboard new customers. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in medical billing/coding, healthcare sales, hospital revenue cycle, or insurance/payer sectors. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel up to 60-70% and work remotely.
