The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a critical front-line member of the Endo Access and Reimbursement team who represents Endo’s interest with Xiaflex, Testopel, Aveed and Supprelin LA with HCP accounts, as well as all internal Endo stakeholders and field sales personnel. The FRM will be an expert and provides education, training and hands-on assistance related to access of the above products. The FRM role is a field-based position whose job is to minimize access and reimbursement barriers for patients and providers. Within their geography, the FRM provides access and reimbursement education to physician office personnel, billing staff/companies, HCPs, as well as anyone involved in the process of utilizing the product with the intention of minimize barriers and increasing access to care. FRM education homes in on Endo Specialty therapies, how to buy and bill our products, acquire through specialty pharmacies and educate on office processes. FRMs also support provider offices on a reactive basis by providing education and guidance in response to PA denials and claim denials and/or underpayments. The FRM will leverage all data analytic tools to minimize delay in receiving treatment by working with internal and external customers. Key accountabilities include provider account support as a subject matter expert for reimbursement/access and acquisition logistics, assisting HCP offices with buy/bill and specialty pharmacy understanding, managing patient assistance and reimbursement support services, coordinating with patient support services, educating office staff, participating in sales training, utilizing data to address acquisition challenges, and acting compliantly. FRMs work closely with specialty pharmacies to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, develop account plans, and provide education. They maintain strong internal partnerships by supporting field teams and commercial functions, building local business plans, providing feedback on support programs, educating on managed market dynamics, and advocating for payer issues. Qualifications include a BS or equivalent (MBA preferred), 5-7+ years in Biopharma, experience in 3rd party reimbursement and managed care, patient access support, buy & bill and specialty pharmacy pathways, and strong knowledge of payer policies and Medicare billing. Skills include sales experience in biologics, understanding of commercial payers, ability to engage with payers, data analytics, communication skills, and compliance. The role involves significant travel. Compensation includes a base pay range of $122,400 - $187,050 with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
