An opportunity is available for an ESL Teacher to support K-12 students in a full-semester contract position located in Bluffton, Indiana. This role is ideal for educators passionate about fostering language development and cultural understanding among diverse student populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored English as a Second Language instruction to students across grades K-12.
• Assess language proficiency to design and adapt lesson plans that meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to support English language learners in academic achievement.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and materials to engage learners and support language acquisition.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and administration.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
