About the Role:
Our staffing agency is seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to support front desk operations for one of our valued clients in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping others, and has a strong customer service mindset. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and job seekers in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish

Support administrative functions such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with onboarding paperwork and application processing for candidates

Handle general inquiries about job openings and agency services

Translate basic written and verbal communication when needed

Provide support to recruiters and office staff as needed

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
