JOB DESCRIPTION
NCA is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Assistant Financial Manager to support the Financial Manager in maintaining our clients' fiscal health and ensuring accurate, compliant financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of essential financial functions, including ensuring compliance with City contracts related to financial matters, preparing and submitting payment requests to various City departments, managing payables and receivables with third-party vendors, overseeing daily banking activities, assisting with insurance policy oversight, and providing general administrative support. This role will also assist in preparing for annual financial audits and support our CPA with tax filings.
As a member of the NCA team, the Assistant Financial Manager may also be called upon to assist with a variety of projects, including running errands, supporting special events, participating in group interviews, and other tasks assigned by their direct supervisor.
